Where are you based?

We are currently based in Sydney, Australia. However, we take on clients in other cities and other countries and can always consult with you via email, zoom or phone if we cannot meet in person.

Do you take on every client and project?

Due to availability, timing and project goals – we are unfortunately unable to take on every single project. In order to truely dedicate ourselves to each of our projects, we choose to only take on 2-3 clients per month so we can immerse ourselves in the work as much as possible. For this reason, we book up quite quickly and so often lock in projects in advance. There are also times that your project or business may not be a good fit for the types of packages that we offer. We do however respond to each and every enquiry, so be sure to fill out our enquiry form.

What type of clients do you typically take on?

We specialise in fashion, beauty, lifestyle and e-commerce – but we’re not at all limited to those industries. Primarily, we work with small businesses and start-ups and aim to create branding and websites that help to bring your dreams to life and get you started in your chosen industry. We love to take on challenges, so fill out the enquiry form and tell us about your business and let’s see if we can work together.

I need a website next week, can you help?

Probably not. The average time frame for any of our packages is around 4-6 weeks. This accounts for consultation time, mockups, design time and then testing of your site before it goes live to your audience. Project slots are also booked 1-2 months in advance and rush fees are not accepted, as this means that other clients would get bumped down the list to accomodate. We only take on a limited amount of clients at a time to ensure our full focus and care can be given to your project. We suggest booking with us as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

How long does it take to have my project live?

We are an all-encompassing studio, which means we generally work with 2-3 clients a month on a first-in-first-served basis. The majority of our packages have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. However, depending on your deadlines and business goals, the turnaround time can be anytime between 1-3 months. For general design work e.g. email marketing templates, social media graphics, poster design, the turnaround timeframe can be a lot smaller. We always talk the timeline through with you prior to starting your project.

As a client, what do you need from me?

To work with us – a dream, a business idea and a can-do attitude are the basis of what we need from you. We can help with the rest!

 

For our web packages, we do provide video tutorials upon project completion so you can easily self-manage your site going forward – however to get the most out of this service, having some basic tech knowledge and knowing your way around a computer is important.

 

The only other thing we need from you is clear communication and a commitment to your project. Creating your dream brand or website is a highly collaborative process. At the beginning of each project we construct a deadline-driven timeline designed especially for you, inclusive of consultations at least once a week. In order to meet your project deadlines, keeping to this timeline and being available for these meetings is essential to keep your project on track.

Do I have to select an entire package if I only require some services?

No. Our packages are designed to encompass the most popular services in bundles that are cost efficient and give you an indication of starting costs. However, these are entirely customisable and we tailor each of these to your needs and requirements. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly and after your initial consultation, we always outline final costs in your custom proposal.

Will I be charged for the initial consultation call?

No. This is a free 40 minute call to discuss your business needs and best establish if we're the right fit for you. If you choose to work with us after this initial consult, then further consultations will be included within your project costs.

How much will it cost?

Every project is different, so this will depend on your requirements. Please refer to our services page for our starting prices. Each package we offer is tailored specifically to you and your business' needs. A proposal with a full pricing breakdown will be provided to you after our initial consultation.

What are your payment options?

For our website, branding and design packages, 50% of the full project price is due on the official start date of a project, and then 50% on the agreed project completion date. If you have purchased multiple packages e.g. Identity Package + a Web Package, these are often invoiced separately. For smaller projects or one-off design services, only one invoice may be provided. If you require further flexibility with payments, this can be discussed - but must be agreed upon in writing prior to starting your project.

What website platforms do you work with?

Our websites are built with WordPress and Shopify.

I currently have a website built with another platform, can I still get the Refresher Package?

For our Refresher Package, we prefer to work with existing WordPress or Shopify websites.  However, depending on your requirements, we may be able to make adjustments to websites on other platforms. In this case, please let us know what platform your site is on in your enquiry form. For custom built sites that are hosted independently, you may need to contact your original web developer to make changes for you.

Once I submit the enquiry form, what's the next step?

We try to respond to every enquiry within 48 hours. From there, we will contact you via email and setup an initial consultation. This can be over phone, zoom or face-to-face and helps us to establish your goals, brand vision and requirements. If we feel we can assist you with your needs, then from there we would outline the packages and/or services that we could provide to you, and get to work on a proposal for you. Once accepted, we then provide a contract that outlines the exact services, tailored to your needs and costs associated. Within this contract, we would outline a start date and a completion date and begin the work.
